At some point in our lives we've all had moments where we didn't feel we were good enough. The fact is, we are. We let certain thought processes convince us that we aren't good enough because we're either striving for better or we're incapable of seeing the good we possess. Whichever one you are, I'm here to share 5 ways to help you bypass these thoughts, even if just for a little bit; because the truth is, just because we're striving for better doesn't mean we should neglect all we've accomplished for the good that we have.
