1 Kilo Pork Belly
3 bay leaves
1/2 tbsp peppercorn
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp salt
12 cups water

Annato Oil
1/4 cup Annatto seeds
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Oil for Deep Frying

2 eggplants
1 banana heart
10 pcs. string beans
1 bunch bok choy

Peanut Sauce:
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp. rice flour
2 cups pork broth
1/2 tsp. Fish Sauce (Patis)
1 Pork Boullion

Garnish with Crushed Roasted Peanut Butter
