Phở Gà Lâm or Pho Ga Lam has been around for over 50years and they serve the absolute best chicken pho that I've tasted thus far. The chicken broth itself is so fragrant and flavorful. Since they use organically raised chicken, the meat may be a bit firm but it offers a nice chewy texture. Great value indeed and will definitely be in my 'must visit' list whenever I am in Hanoi.
