The military personnel who took part in the Saturday parade practice for King Charles III's birthday have received particular thanks from Prince William.
At least three servicemen have passed out during warm-weather rehearsals, and the Prince of Wales acknowledged the "difficult conditions" that had arisen.
The tragedy happened as soldiers and horses were performing a challenging battlefield drill while listening to military music.
William, the eldest son of King Charles, used his official Twitter account to thank the soldiers after leading the Colonel's Review at the Horse Guards Parade in the heart of London.
