We begin in Hiroshima, Japan where the annual G7 summit has officially kicked off bringing together the heads of seven of the world's major economies: the U.S., Japan, Germany, the UK, France, Canada, and Italy.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida welcomed the other leaders to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park earlier this morning.
This marks the first time that the heads of G7 nations have visited the memorial park together.
The memorial park, located at the heart of Hiroshima,.commemorates the victims of the atomic bomb dropped on the city during World War Two and includes the structure of the few buildings remaining from the explosion.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol,.. along with the heads of the other guest nations, is set to visit the memorial park on Sunday.
