Have you ever used EFT for grief before? Did you try this session? What was your experience? Grief if one of the most complicated emotions we can experience, and sometimes, there’s this kind of urge to suppress it with thoughts like “I don’t have time to deal with this,” and “I don’t want to feel this,” but when we don’t experience our emotions and process them, we can end up suffering long term effects of those emotions, and oftentimes, they bubble up whether we want them to or not. So, the best thing to do when you’re feeling an emotion is to allow yourself to feel it. I hope this video allows you to do just that in a healthful and healing way.
