So I modified Marth's Counter Attack to stop time in the actual attacking portion (Alongside allowing the move to be instantly interruptable) and did some other modifications, like Frame 1 Teleport Rolls, making his attacks 3 times as fast, and making said attacks not cause the opponent to flinch. His Side-Taunt, which has him sheath his sword, has an entire-area hitbox which simulates the anime trope of a sword not doing damage until it's put away. I hope you like it!
