You will feel so AMAZING by the end of this! If you want to MAXIMIZE your workout and calorie burn, add this 10 minute Tabata workout at the end of any of my indoor cycling workouts to REALLY increase that fat burn! This is HIIT CARDIO ride!
This Tabata style cycling workout is the perfect addition after any one of my cycling or strength workouts! Including Tabata into your fitness routine can help increase your fat burn and endurance and is also an extremely effective way to train! Tabata is considered to be a high intensity interval training method, which means you really have to give it 100% to maximize your results.
Tabata is set up as 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. After the 8 rounds you get one full minute of rest before going all in again!
This cycling class takes us through two rounds of Tabatas. We work our strength, speed, and endurance during this HIIT workout, so there is a little bit of everything for Team Sprint and Team Climb!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
