A migrant camp opens in Bosnia, close to the border with European Union member Croatia, at the site where a previous one was engulfed in a fire nearly a year ago. The construction of the camp, which is set to be run by local authorities and provide accommodation for 1,500 people, was financed by the EU -- which provided half of some 3.4 million euros -- as well as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. The Balkan nation currently hosts some 2,600 migrants in camps, while the authorities estimates additional 1,000 are currently in the country.
