So today we’ll be talking about the unmarked quest - You Make Me Feel Like a Woman in Fallout New Vegas. This quest involves obtaining a dress for our companion Veronica, who will teach us the Unarmed Skill Perk called Scribe Counter as a reward for our fashionable gift. I’ll show you exactly where to find an appropriate dress for our Brotherhood friend.

There are many dresses throughout the game world, but we’re actually looking for a specific piece of clothing that will trigger Veronica to thank us and teach us the Scribe Counter perk. There are two items that will count for this quest - White Glove Society Attire and Formal Wear - both of which can be obtained from the Ultra Luxe Casino in the New Vegas Strip.

SIDE NOTE - You can also get Vera's Dress during the Dead Money DLC and give this to Veronica, but this takes much longer than getting one from the White Glove Society, since you have to complete the entire DLC in order to return to the Mojave. Still, it's another option though.

In order to get Veronica to actually wear the dress, you'll need to use console commands. Press the ~ key and then click on Veronica. Then type "removeitem 0014823e 1" - don't include the quotes BTW. This removes the scribe robes. Next type "removeitem 0016a26f 1" - again without quotes, this removes the hood. And bada bing bada boom - Veronica will wear her fancy new dress.
