Method

Ingredients
3-4 pcs Radish
3-4 pcs Carrot
4-5 pcs Red Chillies
4-5 pcs Green Chillies
2 inch Ginger
1 tsp Asafoetida
20-25 black pepper corns
4 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
3 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Rai
1 tsp Methi Seeds
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Kalaunji
1/2 cup Oil

-firstly Cut all the Veggies
-add 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp Turmeric powder, mix and let ot rest for 15 minutes
-now squeeze the veggies & discard the water
-dry roast all the dry masala on low flame and blend
-also crush asafoetida and black pepper
-now add masala into the sliced veggies, black pepper and asafoetida mixture, and add salt to taste, 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Ajwain, 1 tbsp kalaunji and mix
-heat oil to the highest and allow it to cool down, the add into the mixture and mix
-add 2 tbsp Vinegar and mix
-& Your Mix Achar is Ready🤤
