Coquito - the Puerto Rican version of eggnog, minus the egg! Coco-nutty, sweet, rich, and creamy deliciousness! While there are many versions, I believe this is the best simple version that your family will love. Merry Christmas! ♥️🎄

Coquito Ingredients:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cream of coconut (NOT coconut cream)
1 can high quality coconut milk - check reviews!
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup - 1 cup white rum for a light coquito (Or 1 1/2 cups to 1 3/4 cups of rum for a stronger coquito)
Cinnamon sticks (to infuse the drink overnight)
📣 NOTE: The spices will naturally settle to the bottom of the bottle. Also, separation of the fat from the coconut milk is normal, so be sure to shake your bottle of coquito vigorously before serving! Tastes better the next day. ♥️
I am counting on the Lord; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word.
- Psalms 130:5
