Several years ago we had the opportunity to fly fish at two of the most remote destinations in Ontario: The Sutton River & Pym Island. Both of these locations are run through Hearst Air Service. The Sutton River is world-famous for the outstanding population of big brook trout it possesses (over 70 miles of slow meandering river which you travel down by canoe), while Pym Island is growing in popularity for those that like to fish for big pike on topwater flies in a river! On the Pym you drift down river and cast mice patterns and poppers to back bays, weedbed edges, etc...and have tremendous topwater takes by pike up to 50 inches long! Great video with lots of information and action!
