Syracuse vs. Pittsburgh: The Pitt Panthers handled their business with a 19-9 win over No. 20 Syracuse in front of their home crowd on Saturday. The Panthers' offense relied on a rushing game, despite being without star running back Israel Abanikanda. Rodney Hammond Jr. rushed the ball 28 times for 124 yards and a touchdown and C'Bo Flemister toted the rock 12 times for 42 yards and a score in the win. The Pittsburgh defense was stout all day, holding the Orange's offense to just 145 total yards, recording a safety and sacking the quarterback 6 times in the game.
