Some Sacramento County residents say they are seeing an infestation of insects, specifically grasshoppers. Alicia Perry said she started seeing the grasshoppers in her Rancho Cordova yard about two weeks ago. "They're still hatching because I'm still finding little nymphs. It's not like it's just one hatching and it's going to be done. They're still hatching," Perry said. Since she first noticed the bugs a couple of weeks ago, the swarm has grown to thousands in her yard. The critters aren't just in Rancho Cordova. Pest control companies are also getting calls from residents in Roseville and south Sacramento. DeNeeka Hill reports.
