Check out our Signature Zen Barre® Autumn Equinox Class! We're using light hand weights to STRENGTHEN, TONE and LENGTHEN the entire body with full-range moves and pulses.
🩰THE CLASS: Full-Length AUTUMN EQUINOX BARRE🩰
✨This full-length class is all about balance. We use low-impact, but high-intensity yoga, Pilates and classic barre exercises to target the arms, thighs, glutes and core.
➡️ LEVEL: This is an all-levels class
➡️ EQUIPMENT: This class can be done with just your body weight alone, but if you'd like to take it up a level, you can use:
🧡 Light hand weights (anywhere from 1 - 4 pounds; we're using 2.5 pounds in this video)
🧡 Yoga mat
🧡 A sturdy surface (chair, stool, countertop, couch, barre) to serve as your barre
📅 FREQUENCY: Do this class 2 to 3 times per week to build and maintain strength, flexibility and endurance. Just be sure to take at least 24 hours off in-between classes to for proper rest and recovery time.
🪔 ESSENTIAL OIL: Frankincense to help with grounding and mind-body awareness
🧘 AFFIRMATION: I am in perfect balance. I move through life with joy and ease.
