[Part 01 of 16] - Secret of Meditation (Naam Simran di Yukti) narrated in Gurmukhi by Bhai Dalip Singh Darveshi, who embarked on this Devine Journey at a very young age, and realised the Truth at the age of around 20 years. A very practical explanation of stages/states and method of Mediation, explained by a Brahmgyani.
Two small things, that have not been narrated, but later told by him verbally, are that:
(1) You may sit on a small pillow, legs crossed, preferably on the floor, ensuring that your back is little elevated than your legs. This would enable you to meditate for longer, without tiring your back/legs.
(2) Don't use any back rest.
