Today Sports Dissected brings you to Midland, Texas to tour Astound Stadium at the Scharbauer Sports Complex, a massive facility that plays host to the football and soccer teams for both Legacy High School and Midland High School, plus the Midland-Odessa FC franchise of the Premier Development League among other franchises. The 15,000 square-foot facility (18,000 capacity) is rather huge for a high school team, but Texas’ passion for high school football is the reason this stadium stays packed on Friday nights.
