Excellence in Staff Learning and Development Awards -
First Scotland East. First Group’s Livingston deport based at Deans provides continual development for its staff through a diverse range of internal and external training courses. The company promotes all training opportunities through driver appraisals, personal development plans and succession planning to identify existing training needs.
