If your AC unit is leaking water from anywhere other than the drain downspout, you need to watch this video! Water running down the inside of the furnace can short circuit the electronics and RUIN your AC Unit. Best case is to fix this before it shorts out!
Checking the drain downspout at least once a year is a great idea. It's now on my list of spring cleaning chores!
