Harbor Freight 2-ton aluminum jack low profile with rapid pump part no. 62247. So I see their new number is 64542 and it doesn't look any different except:
This one date of manf and instructions manual 2014; max height 16 3/8" & min is 3 7/8".
Part number 64542 is dated 2018; max height 15 7/8" & min is 3 1/2".
I decided to make my own transmission lifting device because I saw nothing on the market to go from 0" lift to 16 inches-due to the low height of floor jacks. Safety is always Paramount when using a transmission jack.
I decided to go ahead and make this video about raising a transmission from nearly a zero lift to 14-16 inches-so this video will give you some idea how to do it and make your own. Enjoy. Using 5/8" X 8 acme thread studs along with #8 acme nuts, 5/8" washers, approx. 3 pieces 14" X 14" 1/8" flat metal, 1 1/8" & 1 1/4" hole saws, various drill bits, 1/4" X 20 screws with butterfly nuts and of course a low profile jack with a removable screw in it to make this work.
Welding required. Be safe and work slowly and enjoy the video.
