Norway's Halden Prison is considered the most humane prison in the world. Is it fair to have a prison that is like a resort hotel? Is it fair to the victims? Does the punishment fit the crime? I don't think so. I think it's too lenient, especially for murderers and other violent criminals. But what do you think? I would really like to know.
