Ingredients
2 lb collard greens
smoked turkey
6-8 oz bacon
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp beef bouillon
1 tsp chicken better than bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Creole seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
water- the amount of water you add depends on how much Pot likka you want! Adjust the bouillons if you like alot of pot likka b/c you will add more water. Never let the pot run dry or the greens will burn.
