I found this pattern in Nick Carter's "Fly Fisher's Guide to North Carolina and Georgia." A very popular and effective fly pattern that can be tied to imitate almost any kind of caddis pupa.
Hook: #12-16 curved shank
Bead: 2.4 mm
Thread: Red
Rib: Opal or pearlescent tinsel
Body: Hare's mask dubbing
Wingcase: Pheasant tail fibers
Hackle: Partridge
