this time I've got for you a 15 min slim legs & toned booty workout. this pilates inspired workout routine is going to shape your glutes and burn your thighs inside out, really getting into those deeper muscle layers. I recommend you to repeat this exercise at least 3 times a week to see the results fast. (for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday) And you should combine it together with another upper body and abs exercises to get a full body workout out of it.
