This is a Yin yoga practice designed to release tension in the upper body -especially along the inner/outer arms, chest, and upper back. It is advisable to use props such as a meditation cushion, a block and a blanket. Optionally you could use a firm pillow, book and a towel. I hope that you enjoy this class!
