How Much Does Carnivore Diet Really Cost? | Carnivore Diet | Part 2
This is my Shopping list for the week. Total Less than $100
1. 2 Dozen Eggs
2. Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 Gallon
3. Organic Butter 1 package
4. Organic Ground Meat 6lbs
5. Reduced Section Steaks whatever is on sale. 6lbs total
I meal prep 3 days out on Sundays and Wednesday nights. Sundays I eat what's left over or I will occasionally head out for a bite
Breakfast I have a RTD shake Lean Body Linked Below $4 this can get pricey so you can use a tub of your favorite protein that has super low carbs.
Lunch I have the ground Meat and Eggs
Snack I have the Biltong Beef Jerky Linked below
Dinner I have Steak 10-16oz
Before bed I have the whip cream protein concoction or string cheese or smoked salmon if I am hungry.
Were eating about 2500cal a day on average.
This is the main food sources weekly. You will need some other items that last through the month. Herbs, Spices, sauces, cheeses, olive oil, protein powders, beef jerky. Most items are linked below. You can get creative find things you like to help the process.
