Sky News host Gary Hardgrave says Scott Morrison needs to “start providing leadership and not fellowship” to state governments.
“State governments are really good at having the glory moments, flying to Canberra, participating in National Cabinet, pretending they’re something they’re not and they’re not doing stuff that we need to have done,” he said.
Mr Hardgrave said Mr Morrison should push harder on states to allow nuclear power as it is cheaper and better for the environment than fossil fuel.
“Prime Minister Morrison start challenging the state governments to start going nuclear to give us cheaper power if you really think greenhouse gas emissions are a big problem.”
