Whether in sport – football, baseball, volleyball, tennis, etc. – or in life to reach up and grab or pull on something, our shoulders are the leverage point where we’ll often feel the pain or strain. We’re taking a stand that it doesn’t need to be that way.
In this week’s blog we go after solutions for shoulder pain relief in overhead movement and specifically relate it to sport, but we believe these can be beneficial for everyone.
