This video is a real time at home 20 minute full body workout. It was created and is guided by an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (me!). This is a low impact, muscle toning workout that requires only a resistance band with handles. This timed workout video will target and sculpt major muscle groups- glutes, hamstrings, quads, shoulders, back, core, triceps, biceps & chest. This beginner friendly workout video is a timed with a circuit countdown timer. This circuit can be done at home and is apartment friendly- it's quiet with no jumping or high impact exercises. I love to incorporate long resistance bands into my workout routine. They are such a great piece of equipment because they're so versatile and effective. In this workout we perform a variety of resistance band exercises to shake things up and keep it fun!
