Nowadays there is a lot of people training for the OAC, doing one-arm pushups, etc... and while there is NOTHING WRONG w/ those exercises, if your priority is getting stronger, then you should be busy doing THE BASICS (made harder). Ex.: Weighted Pullups, Pseudo Planche Pushups, Overhead Press, Squats, Deadlifts... because these exercises allow for maximum force production - maximum strength gains. Just my opinion at this time... Hopefully you get sth out of it... =)
