This short workout will stimulate your lymphatic system which will assist in blood flow and lymph flow, all while boosting your immunity. The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. When you start to heal your body from the inside, you will notice it on the outside. Lymphatic health has become incredibly important to me over the past few years. I intentionally kept this workout short, and I encourage you to make this a part of your daily routine.
