In this video I will explain the consolidation program, Mike`s most brillant program? Or is it to crazy for words?
The prgram consists of 2 workouts.
Workout A: Deadlift + Dips.
Workout B: Squats + Close grip Pullups.
The workouts are 4 to 7 days apart, and that all depends on your recovery abillity.
I am going to try and find out if these exercises are really all I need to build my body to the next level, or do I need extra sets, exercises or even a higher frequency of workouts.
