Here's how YOU can tell the difference!!!
A GENUINE Surefire will have...
-a QR Code on the top portion that mounts rail side
-two spacers on either side of the rail lock lever
-a flush battery latch
-a Surefire logo on the inner battery door circuit board

After two rounds of posting visual aids showing the GENUINE light against the FAKE light the stonewalling seller admitted the proof was overwhelming and made things right with a complete refund. To be honest I even understand a little bit and don't even really fault the guy's initial "go pound sand" attitude. There's got to be so many schmuck buyers on Ebay making trouble for good sellers and this poor guy had just been completely duped by his "SureFire Distributor" in Mississippi:/

Also, in case you're wondering why I'm still looking to buy these old X300's I've got a reason and I'll tell you why another day;)
