“We have different industry lines in JLL.” says Jim Renne, National Director of Sports and Entertainment. “We’re 90,000 employees globally. Because of that, we have a lot of buying power, which we can then share with our clients.”

“Yes, there’s a certain specialty for sports & entertainment venues and real estate,” Renne says, “But frankly, sometimes you see a solution that’s not necessarily within the one industry you’re working on, and that allows for a lot of creative sharing of information. So don’t think of us as just project managers, but think of us as solution providers from a real estate perspective; start, to finish, to managing venues.”
