If you want to make it spicy just add chilli powder and cumin powder 2 tsp each.
Ingredients:
For marination:
- chicken thigh - 600g
- lemon - 3 tsp
- ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
For cooking:
- oil (I used canola oil but palm oil is traditionally used ) - 1/4 cup
- onion - 130g
- tomato - 130g
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- okra - 130g
- butternut squash - 200g
optional - if you want to make it spicy add chilli and cumin powder 2 tsp each.
