Just a quick video in today. I wanted to discuss some of the difficulties that high achievers oftentimes deal with.

For high achievers, they've lived most of their lives having to please others & live up to the expectations placed upon them. They frequently feel as though they cannot fail, otherwise they will be judged negatively.

This is something that I'll be covering in future installments, but definitely wanted to touch on here.
