Let’s get you back on your feet… pain free feet!
Our feet are obviously our foundation, so it makes sense that they get tired or cause us issues if they aren’t functioning well – strong and mobile.
In this week’s blog we give you five drills you can put together into a quick ‘foot routine’ so you don’t have to wonder where to start or what to do.
As always, there is a neuro/brain component as to why, and these drills are effective whether you have pain or not, so if you simply take on doing these drills and give your feet some attention and training, we believe your whole body will be thanking you.
