Crazy burn and a great superset to improve the 50 Muscleup time. Finally got a clip over 10 reps but probably because I had very good warmup with short intense sets. Big difference, started with random reps on f burpees into pulls or Muscleups at a moderate pace, followed that with the 5 down Pulls split with Muscleups that was ugly but unbroken. Then. The monkey bar walk of MUs with adequate rest in between. Was going to do 30 PushPulls in between MUs but very satisfied Mel convinced me to do 50. Ended with 450 ripstick pushpull reps.
