There is no way to misjudge Dr. Pol. The seasoned vet who oversees the Pol Vet Services is a well-liked character on television. The man has been providing for the needs of animals for many years earning quite a reputation in the process. The television series "The Incredible Dr. Pol" which will have 20 seasons by 2022 contains a thorough account of his exploits. Several veterinarians did depart from the Pol veterinary service over the period of ten years and were replaced. Showrunners however have introduced fresh faces who are following in the footsteps of prior cast members and are stars in the making rather than rushing to replace the existing cast with stars.
Let’s begin with introducing Dr. Jan Ham Pol first
Dr. Jan Ham Pol
The Pol Vet Services' flag bearer is Jan Ham Pol also known as Dr. Pol. Dr. Pol is in charge of overseeing operations as the farm's main figurehead. After relocating to Michigan in 1981 the 79-year-old opened the clinic. Jan Pol keeps at the farm with hundreds of cases in his luggage.
Let us now have a deeper look at the Dr. Pol staff members who have since departed the show in 2022.
Dr Emily Thomas:
Dr. Emily Thomas a staff DVM at Pol Veterinary Service left after participating in the sixteenth season. Dr. Emily was born Emily Keene on April 1st 1984 in Georgia a state in the southeast of the United States. Mother of three Emily made her television debut in 2015 and her fan base continued to expand. Tony Thomas her husband helped her make farm calls.
Dr. Elizabeth Grammar
After appearing in a total of nine episodes of "The Incredible Dr.Pol" Dr. Elizabeth Grammarexited the show. In 2016 the year of her debut she made a strong impression.
Everyone must have imagined she was in for the long haul because they all complimented her debut. Her TV career was destroyed nevertheless by a personal tragedy. She lost her spouse on December 30 2016. She then shut herself away for a while. She reportedly made another suicide attempt.
She was held under close supervision before being sent to the Macon Medical Center's mental unit. She then made two more appearances after receiving treatment one in 2018 and others in 2019. She is currently employed with "Animal Amour Veterinary Hospital and Pet Lodge" in Hampton Georgia as a veterinarian.
Dr. Michele Sharkey
As a Staff DVM Michele Sharkey started her career in the Pol clinic sometime in 2018. After her introduction in the series as a newly minted DVM Staff Veterinarian she was formally welcomed into the group. Michele had already met Dr. Pol before despite the fact that this was their first appearance together. Michele frequently visited the clinic in 2011 to talk about the issues with her horses. Sharkey has been a regular character in the program up to 2019 and as of 2021 there have been no indications that she will do so.
Dr. Sandra Wisniewski
In season 2 of 2012 Dr. Sandra made her acting debut as a veterinary student. While still appearing on the show she changed from being an aspirant student to a staff DVM. Before exiting the program in 2017 she appeared in 14 episodes. Her dedication to her family was the main factor in her leaving the program.
Chris Shindorf Dr. Sanda's fiance and soon-to-be husband was already engaged. In 2014 the pair exchanged vows. As Sandra had to continue working and spend less time with Chris the issue started to develop. Additionally she became pregnant and gave birth to Madilynn in 2016.
While she had to go to work in Weidman Michigan her husband resided in Belding Michigan. Consequently she departed to spend more time with her family.
019. Sandra is pleased right now living in Belding Michigan with her husband and kids.
