A moderate, feel-good 30 minute wrist free yoga practice to help wake up and get energised for the day ahead. This flow features:
✅ A gentle warm up to help wake up the body
✅ Active standing yoga pose flow
✅ Flowing between front and back of the mat in circles (Mandala)
✅ Uplifting, light-hearted, feel good practice
✅ No weight bearing in hands
✅ Suitable for beginners and up
This flow works for wrist and hand injury, and some elbow and shoulder injuries as there is no hands or forearms on the ground at all.
As always modify and adapt so you can enjoy your practice, even if you have an injury or condition 😊
