Makes 7-8 Kulcha
2 cup Maida(250 g)
1/4 cup Curd
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt (or as required)
1/2 cup Water (or as required)
1 tbsp Oil

For seasoning:
1 tbsp minced Garlic
2 Green chilies
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Ghee or Butter
pinch of Salt
