Today we've got a question from Luke, a White Belt, who is having a problem that many White Belts in Jiu-Jitsu are going to have.

I had this problem as a White Belt, and per many of your messages, many of you also have.

So, he sends me a message and says he's done 8 months of BJJ, 4 days a week, and he's a younger grappler. He states that when he rolls, the higher belts will make remarks after the roll, scolding him, saying something to the effect of "stop being a spazzy White Belt/you're rolling too hard/chill out, etc."

He even says that he takes the comments to heart and tries his best to ease up and be more relaxed when he rolls.

But, even when he does this, the comments continue to come.

He's frustrated with the situation and ask if I have any ideas on how to fix this issue.

In the video I'll try to give a couple of solutions that can help out Luke and any other white belts who are running into this problem.
