African American women encourages fellow black Americans to join the Black EXODUS to Africa.
Since 2019, Ghana has been extending a warm invitation to African Americans and people in the diaspora urging them to return to their ancestral land in West Africa. The initiative aims not only to help them rediscover their African heritage but also to foster investment in the country, creating a mutual benefit for both the diaspora and Ghana. Ghana's year of return campaign, launched in 2019, has been a resounding success. More than 1,500 African Americans heeded the call to return to the motherland, with many others from the diaspora also making the journey moving to Ghana and taking advantage of Ghana's right of abode and Ghanaian citizenship. The experience has been so transformative that some visitors have chosen to extend their stay indefinitely, dazzled by Ghana's vibrant culture, welcoming people, and abundant opportunities.

In 2016, Kyser visited Ghana as part of her official duties and was captivated by the country's rich cultural heritage and entrepreneurial spirit.
