This is a little visualisation trick that helps me to land grinds more consistently. It's great to narrow my focus down to a couple of specific things rather than having my mind wandering all over the place, to all the different variables and possibilities, which can then lead to me not commiting to the trick.

I wanted to make this video because I haven't heard this really talked about by other skaters, so I wondered if perhaps it's something that sort of becomes second nature and forgotten about as you progress in your skating. So if that's the case, I want to have a record of this mindset, to potentially help others who are learning, but also so I can remind myself later down the track.
