Building on the success I've had in the last couple of weeks, I managed to add another five kilos to my previous person best on shrugs, and still got fifteen reps, the last few of which, were lengthened partials. That is my top weight now up to 123kg, an all-time personal best on shrugs, and if I'm being honest, I think I may have more to give.
