2nd Ferment for Flavor and Carbonation is 3-7 days. Cover Tightly. Refrigerate. Put a pan underneath in case of Leakage. BURP BOTTLES DAILY.
If you choose to Test the Acidity with a PH Test Strip, the range should be 3.5 a-4.5.
