My 30th birthday foil sesh. 3rd time out on the 1125. I was really struggling on it but I'm getting more used to the high aspect feel. I tried it this time with the 212 tail and I think I like it more than the v200. The v200 I feel has a weird flex midway through a drawn out turn. The 212 feels more surfy. 50cm fuselage, 4.5 SKT, 72cm mast with it about in the middle of the board tracks. Waves are about knee high and I'm still able to crank out some turns and keep lift. It glides so good even on the smallest of ripples. Straps are no fun with this wing, won't be using them anymore unless I'm on the Wing Ding. You can see in the video there's a couple small wing tip breaches and I'm able to ride out of them, not something that is possible on the 1250 although the 1250 surfs a wave a lot better. This wing has only been fun for me in small small waves so far, anything bigger and it's harder to turn with all the speed generated. Plus I'd rather ride a 1050 or 850 in anything bigger than stomach high.
