The day finally came, we butchered our first lambs.
We had two rams that went to the butcher on Wednesday and we picked up the meat on Saturday. We had a 58 pound hanging weight with one, and 54 pounds with the other.
In this video I'm going through all the different cuts of lamb, and how much I got (as well as my plans for them).
