Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe:
Strawberry Rhubard Filling:
-3 cups rhubarb (700 ml)
-3 cups strawberries (700 ml)
-1/3 cup (80ml) brown sugar
-1/3 cup (80 ml) white sugar
-1/4 tsp salt
-1TBSP orange juice
-1/4 cup butter
Muriel's Famous Pie Crust (enough for two)
-4 - 4.5 cups unbleached flour, sifted
-1 TBSP sugar
-3 tsp salt
-1 egg
